  • As YourListing Agent

    Selling a house on your own can be an overwhelming task. There's advertising to plan and budget for, open houses and private showings to arrange, purchase offers to negotiate, contract contingencies to worry about, and complicated paperwork to fill out. Make it easy on yourself by putting your home in the hands of a seasoned professional. I have extensive experience marketing properties and showing them to their best advantage.


    First, I'll perform a comparable market analysis (CMA) to determine the most appropriate price for your home. Then I'll provide home staging advice and may suggest simple landscaping changes that will help draw buyers in. We'll advertise your home through a variety of methods, including local publications and online MLS® listings, syndication across the nation and through various media: print, social media, your own landing page and mailers. Another way we can drive traffic to see the house is through Open Houses.  You can have us do as few or as many as you would like.

  • How Much Will Closing Costs Be?

    It's my job and my pleasure to look after your best interests. You will know the cost of things before we enter into agreements for services such contractors for repairs other pertinent costs that could affect your selling power. I can prepare a net sheet to help you budget and know what you can expect to pay at closing.

  • Helping You Build Your Dream Team

    Part of my job is helping you get resources such as title, handmen, contractors, roofers, HVAC, home warranties and other team members to make your transaction as smooth as possible.


    I have vendors, lenders and other real estate professionals that I have worked with, and vetted and know how they work.  Many times I can connect you with professionals that will be able to assist with differnt aspects of your purchase and help save you time, headaches and monies.  


    Some of my vendors are affiliates with Realty ONE Group.  I will mention who they are prior to your selection so you will always know our business relationship when I introduce you.

Open Houses

Open Houses are not just to attract new clients.  Many times Open Houses are the way a buyer will narrow down their selection when they are determining where they would like to live.


Some of our marketing strategies may include: social media, door knocking and flyers in the house. Flyers are a great way to convey key features, cost savings (such as bills with solar), highlight both home and community amenities.
