This is the most honest and straightforward person you will ever find. She cares about people. I told her I could not sell right now but wanted to know the value of my property. She asked me some questions and tailored a report on the area showing me what I could expect but also included projected and anticipated changes from industry experts. She did not pressure me to sell just gave me information I asked for.
